Traders and copying
Trader cards, the leaderboard, and copying a trade.
Trader cards
Anyone's card opens from a trade, a face on a chart, a holder, a commenter or the leaderboard. Paste any wallet into search to open one for someone who isn't on noct.
A card reads their whole history on Perps, Predict or Options:
- how their trades ended, and where their P&L came from (trading, against fees and funding);
- on Predict, how the prices they paid compare with what came in;
- their risk and habits;
- Trading hours: their average result per trade by the hour of the week they opened it, in your local time.
Leaderboard
Leaderboard, in the top bar (on a phone, the Leaders tab), ranks noct's traders, all of them or those who trade one kind, by what they made, their return, their volume or how steady they are, over a day, a week, a month or all time, from their real fills. Your own place is pinned.
Faces on the chart
Everyone on noct with a position on the market you're looking at appears as a face on the chart: on Perps where they got in, on Predict on the line of the outcome they hold. Point at one to see their target and stop; press it to open their trade. You can hide faces from your charts.
Copying a trade
Copy opens the same trade for you at today's prices, with your own amount. It's a new trade of your own: your result can differ from theirs, and you can change it before you place it. Copied perps keep the sharer's leverage up to 10×.
If you're new to noct and join through someone's link, they're your referrer and you get 10% off noct's fee for good. Copying a trade by hand doesn't pay the person you copied; auto-copying a trader on noct does.
To copy someone automatically, every time they trade, press Auto-copy on their card: see Auto-copy. Track wallet, beside it, adds them to your wallet tracker, so you see every trade they make as it happens; press it again to stop.
